The talk will be given by Emma Lovegrove who has generously offered her time. Emma has many years of racing experience both in domestic and international events and has extensive knowledge of the RRS. I believe Emma will be giving a general talk on the RRS, highlighting new rules and changes that have come about in the last few years from ISAF and of course she will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
